(from the Punch Press website):

While Punch Press has always been reluctant to disclose print run quantities, we are presently preparing to bring out Kent Johnson's critical novella A Question Mark Above the Sun in an edition of 100 copies. In order to maintain a level of quality commensurate with previous Punch Press publications, we are requesting that this book be ordered in advance to subsidize production.

The cost of this title is $20.00 for US readers and $30 for readers abroad. These prices are calculated strictly to cover the cost of production and postage-that is, these prices DO NOT include labor (i.e. editing, formatting, printing, assembling, packaging). The production cost of the cover for this title, which is pictured above and has already been printed, was approximately $450.00. The estimate for the book itself (not including the cover ) is $948.00.

Subscribe here; due out in October.

And while you’re there, click over and order the latest issue of Damn the Caesars, which also looks damn good.
