The cost of this title is $20.00 for US readers and $30 for readers abroad. These prices are calculated strictly to cover the cost of production and postage-that is, these prices DO NOT include labor (i.e. editing, formatting, printing, assembling, packaging). The production cost of the cover for this title, which is pictured above and has already been printed, was approximately $450.00.
